At the helm of The Redimere School is Dr. John Crabtree, a faith-driven man who comes alive leading people and organizations.

John’s delight in God and his appreciation for education and training are evident throughout his academic preparation and ministry experience. With three graduate degrees and more than 35 years of service as a pastor, educator and ministry leader, John is well-equipped to steer The Redimere School as it seeks to minister to and equip Christian families in the education sphere.

John has served in multiple senior leadership roles for academic institutions and currently serves as Director of Development and Bible teacher at Legacy Christian School in Noblesville. He has been an academic administrator and professor in Christian higher education, church planter, pastor, church consultant, and leadership and ministry speaker to both national and international audiences. His invested interest in K-12 classical Christian education began after reading Battle for the American Mind.

John is married to his high school sweetheart, Vicki, and maintains close relationships with their three children and 13 grandchildren. He loves to spend time with family, travel, go on walks with his wife, and has a passion for reading. John was a college baseball player and maintains a deep appreciation for the game which taught him much about teams and personal discipline.
